Further to the share buy back program for the second half of the year 2007, announced on 26 October 2007, Beter Bed Holding N.V. announces that:
- during the period from 18 February 2008 until and including 22 February 2008, Beter Bed repurchased 17,914 of its shares at an average price of € 14.54 per share;
- during the period from 3 December 2007 up to and including 22 February 2008, the total number of shares bought back is 198,891 at € 2,936,108, representing 58.72 % of the announced objective of € 5 million, to be repurchased in the period until 23 April 2008.
