Following the earlier announcement regarding the resignation of Mr. Niels Onkenhout as Member of the Executive Board and President of the European operations, Royal Wessanen announces that the transfer of responsibilities shall be concluded a month ahead of schedule.
As per December 1, 2007, the Executive Board of Wessanen will consist of Mr. Ad H. Veenhof, CEO of Royal Wessanen and President of the European operations, Mr. Han Wagter, CFO and Mr. K. Richard Lane, Executive Board Member and President of the North American operations.
