Reporting obligations

A manager with an AIFM licence or AIFM registration granted by the AFM has reporting obligations.

Do you have an AIFM licence? If so, you have the following obligations:

  • Submission of annual report of the AIFs under management
  • Submission of the manager’s annual report when offering to non-professional investors
  • Submission of half-yearly figures of the AIFs under management and manager when offering to non-professional investors
  • Submission of the manager’s periodic AIFMD reporting
  • Submission of the periodic AIFMD reporting of the AIFs under management

All these reports must be submitted via the AFM Portal. More information about AIFMD reporting can be found on our website.
