Registration update service

With the update service you will automatically be informed of changes in 3 of the AFM's notifications registers:

  • Issued capital issuers
  • Major shareholdings and short positions
  • Executive and supervisory directors

     

    How can you register?

    After you have filled in and submitted the details below, you will receive an email containing a confirmation link. Following confirmation you will be able to log in and manage your selections.

    What can you select?

    You will be able to indicate which register update(s) you would like to receive. You will also be able to select specific institutions or parties obliged to notify.

    When will you receive the update?

    You will receive updates of the changes by email on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. This will concern the changes of the previous working day.
