Statement on Covid-19 (coronavirus)
The AFM is closely monitoring the situation in view of the continuing impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on financial markets, together with financial market participants. We are in ongoing consultation with the Ministry of Finance and The Dutch Central Bank (DNB).
On European level the AFM is closely cooperating together with her colleagues of National Competent Authorities (NCAs). In a joint statement, lead by the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), the AFM underlines the call for action.
