Diana van Everdingen reappointed as member of the Supervisory Board

Diana van Everdingen, member of the Supervisory Board, is eligible for reappointment in accordance with the rotation schedule. The Board has submitted a recommendation for reappointment to the Minister. This recommendation has been approved, and the appointment will be announced in the Government Gazette of 18 November.

The Board is pleased with Van Everdingen's reappointment. Van Everdingen has proved herself in the past four years as a very valuable and committed member of the Supervisory Board. Van Everdingen is also chairman of the Appointments and Remuneration Committee. This Committee is closely involved in, among other things, filling positions on the Supervisory Board and/or the Executive Board.

Van Everdingen holds several board positions and supervisory positions. Van Everdingen was previously a partner at the Stibbe law firm. She specialised in capital market transactions and, as a lawyer, she worked, inter alia, for banks and the Ministry of Finance.
