The AFM imposes an order for incremental penalty payments on Prospect Provider

Measure This news is older than 3 years. Therefore it is possible that the information is no longer valid.

On 9 February 2012, the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) imposed an order for incremental penalty payments on Mr L. Glandorf trading under the name Prospect Provider. He fails to comply with the AFM's requests for information.

The information was requested, because the suspicion exists that Prospect Provider has provided or continues to provide financial services without a licence from the AFM for this purpose.

Prospect Provider did not provide the requested information by the deadline and is therefore required to make incremental penalty payments. The requested information still needs to be provided to the AFM.

The AFM requests the public to share information concerning Prospect Provider with the AFM. If you have any questions or comments you can contact the AFM's Financial Markets Information Line on: 0800-5400 540 (free of charge).

The AFM is committed to promoting fair and transparent financial markets.

As an independent market conduct authority, we contribute to a sustainable financial system and prosperity in the Netherlands.
