The Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) hereby announces that, on 28 July 2010, it imposed an order for incremental penalty payments on: Mr Somaroe, Curaçaostraat 125 (8931 CR) in Leeuwarden. The order was imposed because Mr Somaroe has failed to comply with the requests for information from the AFM. The AFM requested information from Mr Somaroe because it suspects that Mr Somaroe has provided or continues to provide financial services without a permit from the AFM for this purpose.
Mr Somaroe did not supply the requested information by the deadline and is therefore required to make incremental penalty payments. In addition, the information requested must still be provided to the AFM.
