The AFM imposes an order for incremental penalty payments on Mr F.H.M. Rademakers trading under the name Rademakers

On 3 June 2009, the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) imposed an order for incremental penalty payments on Mr F.H.M. Rademakers trading under the name Rademakers, with a place of business at Nieuwstraat 80 (6431 KW) in Hoensbroek.

The order for incremental penalty payments was imposed because Mr F.H.M. Rademakers trading under the name Rademakers has mediated and continues to mediate in financial products without the required licence.

Mr F.H.M. Rademakers trading under the name Rademakers failed to comply with earlier requests from the AFM to cease mediating in financial products until such time as Mr F.H.M. Rademakers trading under the name Rademakers complies with the applicable regulations.

Mr F.H.M. Rademakers trading under the name Rademakers must cease and refrain from any further mediation in financial products until such time as Mr F.H.M. Rademakers trading under the name Rademakers has complied with the relevant regulations.
