On 10 July 2009, the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) imposed an order for incremental penalty payments on: Wood Care Robinia Plantage 2000-1 B.V., with its registered office at Pim Mulierlaan 11 (8443 DA) in Heerenveen.
The order was imposed because Wood Care Robinia Plantage 2000-1 B.V. has failed to comply with the requests for information from the AFM. The AFM requested information from Wood Care Robinia Plantage 2000-1 B.V. in order to establish whether Wood Care Robinia Plantage 2000-1 B.V. performs activities that are subject to AFM supervision pursuant to the Financial Supervision Act.
Wood Care Robinia Plantage 2000-1 B.V. did not supply the requested information by the deadline and is therefore required to make incremental penalty payments. In addition, the information requested must still be provided to the AFM.
