The AFM imposes an order for incremental penalty payments on Casahipoteca S.L.

This news is older than 3 years. Therefore it is possible that the information is no longer valid.

The Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) hereby announces that, on 3 June 2009, it imposed an order for incremental penalty payments on: Casahipoteca S.L., established at the following address: Ctra. Moraira-Teulada 32, 03724, Moraira, Alicante, Spain.

The order for incremental penalty payments was imposed because Casahipoteca S.L. fails to comply with the requests for information from the AFM. The AFM requested information from Casahipoteca S.L. because it suspects that Casahipoteca S.L. has provided or continues to provide financial services in the Netherlands without a permit from the AFM for this purpose.

Casahipoteca S.L. failed to provide the information within the term set and is therefore obliged to pay incremental penalty payments. In addition, the information requested must still be provided to the AFM.
