The Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) hereby announces that, on 24 December 2008, it imposed an order for incremental penalty payments on: HAMILTON Associates A.G. Stampfenbachstrasse 118, Postfach 122, 8035 Zürich, Switzerland. Telephone number: +41 445 803 713, fax number: +41 445 803 714, email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
The order was imposed because HAMILTON Associates A.G. has failed to comply with the request for information from the AFM. The AFM requested information from HAMILTON Associates A.G. because it suspects that this institution has provided or continues to provide investment services without a permit from the AFM for this purpose.
HAMILTON Associates A.G. did not supply the requested information by the deadline and is therefore required to make incremental penalty payments. In addition, the information requested must still be provided to the AFM.
