The AFM announces, pursuant to Article 1:98 of the Wft, that the decision of 6 October 2008 to impose an administrative penalty of 24,000 Euros on Mr G. Tóth, formerly director of RT Company N.V., has become irreversible by law. There is no possibility of filing an objection or appeal against the decision.
The AFM imposed the penalty because Mr G. Tóth failed to immediately report 166 purchase and sale transactions with respect to RT Company N.V., which he performed in 2007.
On 14 October 2008, the decision to impose a penalty in accordance with Article 1:97 of the Wft was published by means of a press release. The text of this decision was placed on the AFM website.
