The AFM imposes an order for incremental penalty payments on Westerhavengroep Investeringen B.V.

This news is older than 3 years. Therefore it is possible that the information is no longer valid.

On 27 November 2009, the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) imposed an order for incremental penalty payments on: Westerhavengroep Investeringen B.V., with its registered office at Westerhaven 13 (9718 AW) in Groningen.

The order was imposed because Westerhavengroep Investeringen B.V. has failed to comply with the request for information from the AFM. Westerhavengroep Investeringen B.V. was requested to provide information, because the suspicion exists that this institution provided financial services, or still provides these, without holding a licence from the AFM for this purpose, or offers securities without an approved prospectus.

Westerhavengroep Investeringen B.V. did not supply the requested information by the deadline and is therefore required to make incremental penalty payments. In addition, the information requested must still be provided to the AFM.
