How do you change your company information?

Is your company registered in the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce? The AFM will then automatically receive the following information: company name, registered office, internet address, business address, and correspondence address.

A different correspondence or billing address will not be automatically changed in our administration. This will only be added to our administration by exception. Please mind that a different address for your account will mean that the AFM will stop receiving automatic updates of your address through the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce.

Do you want to report a change in trade name or a change in a current different correspondence or billing address? E-mail this to relatiebeheer@afm.nl. You can notify us of other changes via the various portal services.
