The Autorité des Marchés Financiers issues a public warning against the activities of the group CO&H Ltd.

The Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) draws the attention of the public to the activities of CO&H Ltd, as well as to those of CEA FINANCE, FINANPERF, ANALYSIS FINANCE, GA FINANCE and FINANCE TRADITION and reiterates that these entities are not authorised to provide investment services in French territory.
The company CO&H Ltd, whose registered office is located at 25 Mason Camplex, Stoney Ground P.O.BOX, 193 Stoney Ground, the Valley, British Anguilla, claims to offer "investment solutions" to French
investors via the websites CEA FINANCE (www.ceafinance.net), FINANPERF (www.finanperf.com), ANALYSIS FINANCE (www.analysis-finance.com), GA FINANCE (www.ga-finance.net) and FINANCE
TRADITION (www.finance-tradition.net).

CO&H Ltd and the above-mentioned entities are not however authorised to provide investment services in French territory.

Moreover, departments of the AMF have received numerous questions concerning them.

In consequence, the AMF recommends investors not to respond to requests from entities of the group CO&H Ltd and not to pass them on to third parties in any form whatsoever.

You must not let any sales pitch distract you from the fact that a high potential return always involves a high risk. Any product with a return higher than the market rate (the investor may also refer to the Livret A rate) as a rule involves a significant risk.
To ensure that the intermediary offering financial products or services is authorised to operate in France, you can view the list of authorised investment service providers (www.regafi.fr) or the list of
authorised intermediaries in the financial investment advisor (FIA) or participating investment advisor (PIA) categories (www.orias.fr/search). If the person is not included in any of these lists, we strongly urge you not to respond to their requests as they are infringing applicable legislation and are not required to comply with the basic rules on investor protection, full disclosure or complaints handling.

The Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) warns the public against the activities of YA&Co Capital limited, CO&H limited and CEA Finance, companies that offer highly risky investment instruments to the public in Belgium without complying with the Belgian financial legislation.
YA&Co Capital limited, CO&H limited and CEA Finance are not authorized investment firms or credit institutions in Belgium. They are therefore not allowed to provide banking and/or investment services in or from Belgium.

Furthermore, certain investment instruments that these companies offer, i.e. binary options, are speculative and very risky. Investors in these products run the risk of losing the entire sum invested. The FSMA has, moreover, issued a recent warning about the risks associated with binary options.
Finally, YA&Co Capital limited, CO&H limited and CEA Finance have not published a prospectus, approved by the FSMA, as is required before a public offering of investment instruments may be made within the territory of Belgium.

The FSMA thus strongly advises against responding to any offers of financial services or public offerings of investment instruments made by YA&Co Capital limited, CO&H limited and CEA Finance, and against transferring money to any account number these companies might mention.

YA&Co Capital limited uses the website www.brokerinternationalbank.com. CEA Finance uses the website www.ceafinance.net.

There are indications that YA&Co Capital limited, CO&H limited and CEA Finance also operate under the name Golden bank and Bo Bank. The FSMA recommends vigilance with regard to similar companies that offer binary options or other risky investment instruments. Always verify that any company which is offering you financial services has the requisite authorization. To do so, please use the search function on the FSMA website.

Would you like to enquire more generally as to whether a transaction being proposed is compliant with the financial legislation? If so, please contact the FSMA (email address: info@fsma.be).
