This sub-register of the Act on Financial Supervision (Wet op het financieel toezicht, Wft) enables you to search for financial service providers, affiliated institutions, affiliated intermediaries, European passport holders and principals. The AFM supervises the conduct of these institutions.

If you click on the ‘information’ icon next to a financial service provider, you will be shown all available information on that financial service provider.

The information that is shown for the financial service provider is the information as supplied by that financial service provider. In other words, the AFM has not yet completely verified this information. The register includes companies that already possess a licence as well as companies whose application is still under review. A company has a licence if a ‘start date’ is given.

Financial service providers listed in the register as intermediaries, providers or authorised agents with regard to a financial product are also authorised to provide advice on this product.
