Register koersgevoelige informatie

In dit register kunt u persberichten vinden van uitgevende instellingen die, zoals vermeld in art.5:25i lid 1 onder a Wft, met hun toestemming worden verhandeld in Nederland. Op grond van artikel 5:25 i lid 2 Wet financieel toezicht (Wft) zijn deze uitgevende instellingen verplicht koersgevoelige informatie algemeen verkrijgbaar te stellen door middel van (o.a.) een persbericht. Op grond van artikel 1:107, lid 3, sub c, onder 2, Wft heeft de AFM de verplichting een openbaar register aan te houden voor deze persberichten. Op deze manier kunnen beleggers persberichten vanaf 1 oktober 2005 terugvinden in dit register.

Dit register wordt meerdere keren per dag tijdens kantooruren geactualiseerd. De persberichten worden met enige vertraging ten opzichte van de tijd van publicatie in het register getoond. Dit register heeft een archieffunctie.

ST's fifteenth annual Sustainability report is based on the principles of the United Nations Global Compact 1 and meets the guidelines for the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) 2. Containing comprehensive details of ST’s Sustainability strategy, policies and performance during 2011, the Report also illustrates how ST embeds sustainability into every level of its operations to create value for all of its stakeholders. Throughout a challenging year characterized by unforeseen natural disasters and severe economic uncertainties, Sustainability was one of ST’s key priorities during 2011. During the year, ST made significant progress on all Sustainability fronts, such as Health & Safety, Environmental Protection, Responsible Products, People Development and its Community activities.
