CESR starts work on guidelines for the consistent implementation of the proposed commission's regulation on prospectus

Naar verwachting zal het European Securities Committee in april de technische implementatiemaatregelen goedkeuren die voortvloeien uit de Prospectus-richtlijn.  Deze maatregelen zijn tot stand gekomen op basis van het advies hierover van CESR.
