From the investigations carried out by the CNMV, it has not been possible to ascertain whether this company is located in the above address.

Finanstilsynet (The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway) warns against investment offers promoted by BP Holdings.
Finanstilsynet has been informed that BP Holdings (address: BP Business Center, Calle de Jerez de Los Caballeros, 28042 Madrid, Spain and 16/F Miramar Tower, 132 Nathan Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong) has approached Norwegian investors offering investment services. The company also offers services from a website http://bpholdings.com/contact.html.
Finanstilsynet wishes to make it clear that BP Holdings is not authorised to provide investment services in Norway, and therefore lacks the licence required under Norwegian law. The company is consequently not subject to Finanstilsynet’s supervisory oversight, nor has Finanstilsynet approved the services offered by the company. Finanstilsynet therefore recommends investors not to enter into agreements with or transfer assets to BP Holdings.
Finanstilsynet's registry (http://www.finanstilsynet.no/registry) gives details of all companies authorised to offer investment services in Norway. Finansinspektionen (the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority) has today published this statement in order to warn investors against dealing with unau-thorised firms. BP Holdings is not authorised by Finansinspektionen and is therefore not entitled to provide financial services. Finansinspektionen has not received any notification of cross-border activities from other EES countries.

The Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) warns the public against the activities of BP Holdings, a company that claims to offer investment services.
BP Holdings is not an authorized investment firm in Belgium. It is therefore not allowed to provide investment services in or from Belgium.
The FSMA therefore advises against responding to any offers of financial services made by BP Holdings and against transferring money to any account number they might mention.
BP Holdings claims to be established in Spain at the BP Business Center, Calle de Jerez de los Caballeros, 28042 Madrid and in Hong Kong at 16/F Miramar Tower, 132 Nathan Road, Tsim Sha, Tsui, Kowloon.
Please note, this warning does not apply to the oil and gas company BP plc.
