Register insider-transactions

In this overview you can find transactions that have been performed by 'insiders' in shares or securities of the issuer for which the value is based upon the value of the shares. When an insider performs such a transaction this transaction must, in principle, be reported. Examples of transactions which an insider must report are: the receipt of employee options, sale or purchase of shares.
