Register reporting and interim management statements

As of the 1st of January 2009 the transposition of the Transparency Directive into Dutch legislation has been completed. Issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market and with The Netherlands as Home Member State shall make public the annual financial reports, half-yearly financial reports and if applicable the interim management statements.

At the same time this regulated information is made public it will have to be filed at the AFM all in accordance with article 5:25m of the Dutch Act on Financial Supervision ('Wft'). These obligations relate to financial periods starting on or after the 1st of January 2008. In respect of financial years which started before the 1st of January 2008 issuers with their registered office in The Netherlands will have to file the annual financial reports (including the adopted annual accounts) at the AFM within eight days after the adoption in the annual general meeting of shareholders (article 5a of the Dutch Act on the supervision of the securities trade 1995 or 'Wte 1995'). The information disclosed by issuers is available to the public in the register below.
