Register collective investment schemes
What can you find in the register?
In order to be able to offer units in a collective investment scheme in the Netherlands, the following entities must obtain a licence from AFM:
- management companies of collective investment schemes;
- investment companies without a separate management company, and
- undertakings for collective investment in transferable securities (UCITS) with a separate management company.
Searching the register
You can search for undertakings in this register by selecting a category and/or using one or more search terms. If your search is successful one or more search results will be shown. By selecting an undertaking you can view the information concerned. Finally, you can scroll through the list of search results by using the arrows at the bottom of the search results.
