Register Offering securities

This register contains (i) offer memorandums approved by the AFM pursuant to articles 5:74 and 5:76 of the Dutch Financial Supervision Act (Wet op het financieel toezicht, “FSA”) and (ii) announcements made either by the offeror or the offeree in relation to a public takeover offer.

The register implements the future obligation for the AFM to maintain a public register of offer memorandums approved by the AFM. This obligation is expected to be included in article 1:107 FSA and is likely to come into effect as per 1 July 2012.
