Notification by insiders at issuing institutions

Insiders are persons responsible for determining day-to-day policies, persons who supervise policies or hold a senior management position within the issuing institution.

Examples of transactions that must be reported by an insider are the obtaining of employee options, or the purchase or sale of shares or depositary receipts for shares. Notifications may be made using the form below.
