Notification of issued capital by issuing institutions

Issuing institutions must report changes in their issued capital to the AFM. If a change occurs of 1% or more compared to the previous notification, this must be reported without delay.

If the changes during a calendar quarter amount to less than 1% of the capital, this may be reported at the end of the quarter in question.
