Procedure for filing annual documents

Pursuant to section 5:25f of the Act on the Financial Supervision, issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market situated or operating in the Netherlands shall at least once a year make a document available to the public that meets the requirements set out in section 5:25f (2) of the Act on the Financial Supervision.

This document must be filed with the AFM as soon as it is made available to the public. Such filing must be made within twenty working days after the publication of the issuer’s financial statements.
