Consuwijzer
The 'ConsuWijzer' (ConsuGuide) is the consumer information desk for three governmental supervisory authorities: the Consumer Authority, the Dutch Competition Authority (NMa) and the Independent Post and Telecommunication Authority (Opta).
The ConsuWijzer offers consumers practical advice on their rights. It is important for honest trade between businesses and consumers that you, as a consumer, know enough about your rights and responsibilities, and that you know where to go for legal support. In order to better inform consumers about their rights and responsibilities, the three supervisory authorities falling under the Ministry of Economic Affairs have launched the ConsuWijzer.
